How does Aceapparel work?

We buy from stockists in Japan and elsewhere, then deliver to you in Singapore. Every price you see is landed in SGD, so there is no overseas checkout and no customs bill on arrival.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 1 to 2 weeks from the moment your payment is verified. The exact lead time depends on the stockist and is shown on each product page.

How do I pay?

PayNow. After checkout you get a QR code and a reference number, then upload your payment screenshot in the app.

We verify every payment by hand, normally within a few hours. You will get a message once it clears.

Is shipping free?

Yes, anywhere in Singapore. The price on the product page is the price you pay.

What if my size sells out after I pay?

We contact you with a swap or a full refund before anything ships. Nothing is substituted without your agreement.

Are the items authentic?

Every piece is bought from the brand's own store or an authorised stockist. The source is listed on each product page.

Do I need Telegram to order?

No. You can browse and order on the web. Signing in uses Telegram because that is where order updates are sent, so you will need an account to check out.
