What we do

Aceapparel buys items from overseas stockists on your behalf and delivers them to you in Singapore. We are the buyer of record with the stockist, and you buy from us.

Orders and acceptance

An order is a request until we confirm it. We source each item after your payment is verified, so availability is confirmed at that point rather than at checkout.

Listed stock is re-checked through the day from the stockist, but a piece can still sell out between your order and our purchase.

Payment and verification

Payment is by PayNow against the reference shown at checkout. Upload your screenshot in the app; we verify it by hand and confirm by message.

An order sits unconfirmed until payment is verified, and we may release the stock if it stays unpaid.

Stock and substitution

If an item is unavailable once we go to buy it, we offer you a swap or a full refund. We never substitute a size, colourway or item without your agreement.

Delivery

Typically 1 to 2 weeks from verified payment, within Singapore, included in the price. Lead times are estimates that depend on the stockist and the courier, not guarantees.

Pricing

Prices are in SGD and include delivery within Singapore. They move with exchange rates and stockist pricing, but the price you paid at checkout is the price of your order.

Vouchers and referral credit apply as described at checkout, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may expire.

Liability

Items are sold as supplied by the stockist. Manufacturer defects are handled case by case: message us and we will sort it out.

We are not liable for delays outside our control, such as customs inspection, courier disruption or a stockist withdrawing an item after purchase.
